Who we are

Optimus Digital Suite LLC (“we”, “us”) builds and runs websites, booking and follow-up systems, and social media posting for local businesses. We’re based in Minneapolis–St. Paul, Minnesota. This policy covers this website, our contact form, our booking page and the text messages we send.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business, email, phone number (optional) and message.
• Booking a call: your name, email, the time you pick, notes you add, and, if you give it, your mobile number and whether you agreed to receive texts.
• Text messages: your phone number and the messages you send us.
• Site analytics: anonymous page-view counts from Vercel Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
• To send updates about work you asked us to do.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We don’t send marketing blasts, and we never buy, rent or use purchased contact lists.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, either by checking the texting box when you book a call or contact us, or by texting our business number first, we use your number only to reply to your request and to send updates about it, such as booking confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We use a small number of service providers only to run our own business: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (our database), Google (calendar invites and email) and Twilio (text messaging). They process information on our behalf, not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records while we’re working with you and for a reasonable time after, so we have a record of what we discussed. Ask us and we’ll delete your information unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing optimusdigitalsuite@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 13.
